ProSafeCon supports you as an external waste manager in the tasks related to compliance with legal and contractual regulations in connection with waste generation and disposal. We make sure that you know all responsibilities around waste legislation and comply with the corresponding legal and contractual regulations. As external representatives, we instruct your employees directly and on site.
Together with you, our specialists will check which waste and waste code is involved and whether carriers and disposers are authorized to accept the waste. Based on this, we determine the disposal concept and the collection points. We also ensure that unnecessary costs are reduced and work out this concept in the best possible way. Of course, as specialists, we are always available to answer any further questions regarding waste legislation.
How we work as your waste representative for construction projects
Preparation
During the preparation phase, we draw up the disposal concept required by the client and check the declaration, waste types and waste codes. In addition, we check for alternative waste streams and possibilities of cost reduction in disposal. Subsequently, you will receive checklists that are adapted to the requirements of the construction site and the client.
On site inspection
During on-site inspections, we check the sorting of waste as well as the collection points and the implementation of the waste disposal concept. We educate the employees and discuss problems in the implementation of the waste concept. Together with the employees, we work out solutions.
Reporting
Reports are prepared on all inspections in which deficiencies are pointed out and proposals for the elimination of deficiencies are presented. In addition, a final report is prepared in which the measures taken and intended in connection with waste generation and disposal are listed.

FAQ – Waste representative for construction projects
When is a disposal concept needed?
Deutsche Bahn stipulates the following requirements for a disposal concept for its projects: “The Contractor shall prepare a binding, project-related disposal concept for the execution of the construction work in accordance with M.01.02.15.03 Annex 8 “Sample structure of the Contractor’s disposal concept” on the basis of the award documents and the circumstances of the construction project. Based on our experience, we can provide you with this disposal concept, which has already been used in many construction projects by Deutsche Bahn.
