In order to be able to recognize and eliminate all sources of danger at an early stage, our specialists inspect and evaluate your racking systems professionally and independently of the manufacturer.
According to DIN EN 15635, the following rules must be observed.
An important component is the visual inspection of your storage facilities. For this purpose, the load plates are compared with the structure of the racking system. A check is made for compliance with the regulations of the employers’ liability insurance association in accordance with DGUV Rule 108-007 and DIN EN 15635 as well as for compliance with manufacturer specifications for the construction and operation of the systems.
In the case of damaged components, these are marked and the causes of the damage are determined. An important part of the on-site inspection is the establishment of a detailed inspection protocol with an assessment of the damage. This is followed by the establishment of a damage analysis as well as an action plan for the elimination of the identified defects. On this basis, an assessment of the safety of use is made.
The inspection can be carried out during ongoing operation by our qualified and experienced racking inspectors.
Upon completion, the latter will draw up a detailed inspection report with damage assessment. In addition, you will receive a prophylaxis recommendation for damage prevention.
