Provisioning information

Based on this information, you then only need to provide us with the information and
addresses of the parties involved in the transport of dangerous goods. You send us the safety data sheets (from 2020 or later) of the products. We then take over from here.

Transport document creation and transmission

We prepare the transport document according to ADR or IMDG code (IMO). The document is up to date according to the current ADR regulation without you having to do anything. We will then send you the transport document by e-mail.

The ADR stipulates that accompanying documents must be carried when transporting dangerous goods. The transport documents and accompanying papers provide information about which goods are being transported, how they are packed and how much has been loaded. The documents are required by the dangerous goods regulations ADR (section 8.1.2) and GGVSEB.

If dangerous goods are transported by sea, a so-called IMO declaration is required: An IMO (International Maritime Organization) declaration is a document prepared by a shipper or consignor to confirm compliance with international regulations for the carriage of dangerous goods by sea. The IMO declaration contains information about the type of dangerous goods, packaging and other relevant details.
